Responsibilities

• Assists visitors with directions, questions, and escorts as needed.
• Monitors surveillance cameras and inspects property for security risks.
• Investigates and documents reports of suspicious activity and safety concerns.
• Responds to alarms, emergencies, and incidents with appropriate actions.
• Secures property after hours and validates access point security.
• Directs traffic, enforces parking, and aids crowd control during events.
• Collaborates with law enforcement and emergency responders as needed.
• Maintains accurate incident reports, logs, and documentation.
