Qualifications

• 1–2 years of security or related field experience.
• Healthcare or hospital setting experience preferred.
• Strong observational and reporting skills.
• Ability to remain calm and act appropriately in emergencies.
• Proficiency in writing clear and accurate incident reports.

Responsibilities

• Patrols all areas of the facility to deter/s detect unauthorized activity.
• Provide directions and escort visitors as needed.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and inspect property for risks.
• Investigate and document reports of security concerns and incidents.
• Respond to alarms and emergencies promptly and safely.
• Secure property after hours by locking access points.
• Direct traffic, enforce parking regulations, and assist during events.
• Collaborate with hospital staff and law enforcement.
• Maintain accurate incident reports and logs.
