Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• Hospital vaccination requirements.
• Be able to restrain individuals in a hospital setting.
• At least two years in a healthcare or medical-related field.
• CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors while carrying out site-specific security procedures.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner following site protocols.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols throughout healthcare facilities, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor directions and adherence to access procedures.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and promptly, and communicate relevant information.
