• Respond to emergencies, service calls, and incidents involving patients or visitors.
• De-escalate situations and use force only when necessary in line with training.
• Investigate incidents on Advocate Health property and document reports.
• Liaise with law enforcement and first responders as required.
• Deliver security awareness education and collaborate with departments to improve safety.
