Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Alarm Panel Response in Atlantic City, NJ. You will serve and safeguard clients across healthcare locations, maintaining a visible presence and professional customer service to deter incidents.

The role includes unarmed patrols, incident response, and reporting, with a schedule that covers day and night shifts. CPR/First Aid and licensing are preferred; a HS diploma is required.

Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certifications are preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, professional manner per site protocols.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of assigned healthcare areas and entrances to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report hazards or policy concerns to site contacts and leadership.
• Complete accurate security reports and maintain clear communication with emergency responders.
