Qualificações

• Req Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, Criminology, Communication or Business Administration (or related field).
• Education may be substituted by 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Req 3 years of security, parking, emergency management or related field experience.
• Req 2 years in supervisory or managerial role (healthcare preferred).
• Req 2 years of security systems experience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversight of security personnel and implementation of Security Management Plan.
• Maintain safe, secure environment and regulatory compliance.
• Develop collaborative relationships with Glendale Police Department and LA County Sheriff’s Department.
• Support maintenance of security and parking operations; budget development and management.
• Serve as part of Environment of Care Committee, Emergency Preparedness and Threat Management teams.
