Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is hiring a Security Officer - Incident Response in Phoenix, AZ. The role focuses on protecting patients, visitors, and staff within a healthcare setting while delivering exceptional customer service.

As a full-time position, you’ll monitor, respond, and report on security incidents, supporting a safe and welcoming environment across shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of security-related experience.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular patrols of interiors, entrances, parking areas, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity to support controlled entry.
• Prepare clear reports of incidents and communicate to site contacts and leadership.
