Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to staff, patients, visitors, and vendors by following site policies.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, professional manner following protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the healthcare location.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity or maintenance concerns.
• Complete incident reports and patrol logs per procedures.
