Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of engineering team management experience.
• 8+ years of leading the definition and development of multi tier web services.
• 5+ years of Software Engineer or related experience.
• 4+ years delivering technical leadership across the SDLC.
• 5+ years building distributed multi-tiered systems with Java, C#, or C++.
• Bachelor's or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
• Knowledge of SDLC practices including coding standards, reviews, and livesite operations.
• Experience partnering with product or program management teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead an engineering team to build and operate security tooling and platforms.
• Drive delivery of strategic security initiatives across healthcare data protection.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to engineers on the team.
