Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Hospital Driver Patrol in Mayfield Heights, OH. You will provide security and exceptional customer service while conducting routine patrols in a healthcare setting and drive to support the location’s safety needs.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to work in a hospital environment, and adherence to vaccination and background check requirements. CPR is preferred and the schedule spans days throughout the week.

Qualifications

• Must meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• Must be able to work in a hospital morgue environment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions.
• Must be able to restrain individuals.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background investigation and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff while following policies.
• Respond to incidents and medical emergencies calmly per established protocols.
• Conduct regular patrols of hospital areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor directions and reporting.
• Document incidents and communicate information to Allied Universal leadership.
