Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Hospital Service Patrol in Mayfield Heights, OH. The role focuses on unarmed security in a healthcare setting, providing a welcoming environment for patients and staff while maintaining a visible security presence.

You will perform patrols, respond to incidents, and document security activities, supporting a safe and respectful campus environment. Includes day and evening shifts with comprehensive benefits and training opportunities.

Competenze

• Vaccination requirements for hospital staff.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Age requirement: 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required by federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Mansioni

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly according to established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of facilities, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity per site policies.
