Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as required by law.
• Drug screen as allowed by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by following site procedures and protocols.
• Monitor incoming calls, alarms, and radio communications; dispatch personnel and coordinate responses to incidents and requests.
• Maintain dispatch logs, incident records, and communications documentation per site procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents and notify appropriate contacts and emergency services when needed.
• Monitor location activity via communications systems or video to deter unauthorized activity and support timely responses.
