Job summary

Provation is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for anesthesia software development teams. You will serve as a servant leader, coach teams, and collaborate with Product Owners, QA, Regulatory, and Clinical teams to ensure safe, compliant software releases.

Ideal candidates have healthcare software experience, CSM/PSM certification, and strong facilitation skills to drive transparency and continuous improvement in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, engineering or information systems or related field.
• 3–5 years in Agile software delivery with Scrum Master experience.
• CSM/PSM I/II or equivalent certification required.
• Experience in healthcare software or regulated industries preferred.
• Strong SDLC, QA automation, and DevOps understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies and Agile delivery within the team.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to align backlogs with clinical workflows and compliance.
• Coach teams on Agile principles, self-organization and accountability; remove impediments.
