Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in business, healthcare, or related field preferred.
• 2 years of scheduling and payroll experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, posts, and distributes daily schedules and updates.
• Verifies patient information and coordinates staffing with departments.
• Obtains necessary insurance pre-authorizations and pre-certifications.
• Provides instructions regarding test preparation and scheduling.
• Maintains patient records and attendance for payroll purposes.
