Job summary

Pace Analytics is seeking a Specialty Services Program Manager to lead the Healthcare SAS program, driving growth through strategic sales planning and market expansion. You will serve as the program SME, train staff and collaborate with client teams to deliver solutions.

You will work with Sales and Marketing to expand opportunities, prepare proposals, and provide expert guidance on product features to meet customer requirements, reporting to management on market trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, microbiology, operations, or related field and 5 years in specialty analytics.
• Experience with complex programs or operations within the specialty analytical service.
• Strong proposal writing and client presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Research the market and competition to develop sales and market plans for the Healthcare program.
• Attend conferences and trade shows to provide expertise and generate new business.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to increase sales and maintain client relationships.
• Set sales goals and revenue objectives to grow market share.
• Write and review proposals, marketing and training materials with accurate data.
