Brightli in Springfield, Missouri is seeking a Salesforce Application Support Analyst to provide day-to-day support for a Salesforce-based system integrated with an EHR. You will configure, test, and troubleshoot Salesforce components and coordinate with IT and vendor teams to ensure reliable operations.

The role emphasizes analytical problem-solving, strong user communication, and collaboration across clinical and technical partners in a healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience supporting enterprise applications.
• Experience with Salesforce administration and declarative configuration.
• Experience troubleshooting and collaborating with end users to identify and resolve problems.
• Experience in healthcare IT environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day functional and technical support for Salesforce users.
• Investigate incidents and requests to determine if issues involve Salesforce configuration, data, access, workflows, EHR, or integrations.
• Configure and maintain Salesforce fields, forms, page layouts, picklists, validation rules and user access.
• Test changes in non-production environments before implementation.
• Coordinate with EHR, integration, infrastructure, development, vendors during escalation.
• Develop user-facing resources and assist with change-management processes.
