Jackson and Coker Locum Tenens in Georgia is seeking a detail‑oriented Sales Coordinator to support our Sales and Recruiting teams. You’ll serve as a key liaison between Recruiting Consultants, healthcare providers, client contacts, and internal partners throughout the assignment process.

You will help manage the daily operational needs of a fast paced sales team, coordinate important provider and client documentation, maintain reporting, and ensure timely communication across teams.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a support, admin, coordination role.
• HS diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build professional relationships with teammates, providers, and clients.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical, creative-thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Project coordination or project management skills.
• Collaborative mindset with ability to coordinate across teams.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Recruiting Consultants, providers, client contacts and internal teams to support assignments.
• Provide ongoing communication throughout privileging, booking, and assignment process.
• Develop understanding of provider and client needs while supporting daily operations.
• Assist Accounting with provider pay, client invoices, service records, bonuses, prorates, and travel items.
• Coordinate documentation and reports with the Service Coordinator team.
• Update and distribute sales division reports, lead activity and client reports.
• Manage daily activity distribution and team announcements via email and platforms.
• Coordinate collection of certificates of insurance, licensing letters of intent, and 1099 forms.
• Support recruiting by adding new healthcare providers to the database.
• Coordinate provider and client gifts for Moments That Matter initiative.
