Job Summary

Membership Consultants are key advocates for ArchWell Health, responsible for growing our patient base through community engagement and outreach. They reach seniors directly, organize community events, and build partnerships with referral sources. Experience in Medicare Advantage sales or senior care is beneficial but not mandatory; we value strong sales talent from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities
  • Drive new patient enrollment by engaging with seniors through direct contact, community events, and partnerships.
  • Meet with seniors and groups at homes, community centers, and places of worship to promote ArchWell Health services.
  • Plan and execute local outreach events to attract underserved and Medicare-eligible seniors.
  • Build relationships with health plan agents, brokers, social workers, and community providers to facilitate referrals.
  • Collaborate with community relations to develop initiatives with local officials, businesses, and health programs.
  • Coordinate with health plan partners to ensure timely enrollment and patient assignment.
  • Utilize sales and marketing tools to identify prospects, document interactions, and maintain records.
  • Engage with patients beyond enrollment to foster retention and address concerns.

Travel is minimal, mostly within the local market.

Preferred Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • At least 1 year of sales or community relations experience; 2+ years preferred.
  • Experience with health plans, brokers, or healthcare providers is advantageous.
  • Experience working with seniors or underserved populations is preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license is required.
