Job summary

Sun Recruiting, Inc. is seeking a Healthcare Sales Specialist to support marketing, outreach, and enrollment for seniors across San Jose, Sacramento, and Fresno. You will drive enrollment by building relationships with community partners and guiding prospective participants into the program.

The role offers a hybrid schedule, medical coverage, PTO, and a compensation package with base pay plus bonus. Experience in sales/marketing within healthcare is preferred, along with Salesforce or similar

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or health care administration preferred.
• DHCS training and exam within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum of one year of experience in sales/marketing with healthcare exposure.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to collaborate with community organizations.
• Establish and maintain relationships with community leaders and partners.

Healthcare Sales Specialist-San Jose-Sacramento-Fresno

Our client provides life-extending health care to our most vulnerable seniors. Through our innovation of care, they serve as both the health plan and the provider, allowing participants to live safely in their homes rather than moving into skilled nursing facilities.

The Healthcare Sales Specialist plays a critical role in our Marketing, Outreach, & Enrollment team. This role is the driver of enrollment success — building relationships in the community, generating quality referrals, and guiding prospective participants into the program.

On the day-to-day, you will:

• Coordinate and initiate outreach and engagement activities in communities

Job requirements include:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or health care administration preferred.
• DHCS training and exam as a marketing representative within 30 days of hire
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a sales and marketing role with at
• least one (1) year in a healthcare or senior care setting preferred.
• Technology experience which can include Salesforce, Athena, etc.
