Job summary

Ashton North LLC is seeking a Healthcare Sales Specialist to drive enrollment in San Jose, Sacramento, and Fresno. The role focuses on building community relationships and guiding seniors to our care program.

Hybrid position offering medical/dental/vision coverage, 17 days PTO, and a compensation package with base pay and bonus. Requires at least 1 year in healthcare sales and a marketing or health administration background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or health care administration preferred.
• DHCS training and exam as a marketing representative within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum of one year in a sales/marketing role in healthcare or senior care preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce, Athena, or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outreach and engagement activities in communities.
• Identify opportunities to collaborate with community organizations.
• Establish and maintain relationships with community leaders and partners.

Healthcare Sales Specialist-San Jose-Sacramento-Fresno

Our client provides life-extending health care to our most vulnerable seniors. Through our innovation of care, they serve as both the health plan and the provider, allowing participants to live safely in their homes rather than moving into skilled nursing facilities.

The Healthcare Sales Specialist plays a critical role in our Marketing, Outreach, & Enrollment team. This role is the driver of enrollment success — building relationships in the community, generating quality referrals, and guiding prospective participants into the program.

On the day-to-day, you will:

• Coordinate and initiate outreach and engagement activities in communities
• Identify opportunities to collaborate with community organizations g

• Develop and implement monthly marketing plans to consistently achieve mo.
• Provide education regarding services to community referral sources.

Job requirements include:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or health care administration preferred.
• DHCS training and exam as a marketing representative within 30 days of hire
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a sales and marketing role with at
• least one (1) year in a healthcare or senior care setting preferred.
• Technology experience which can include Salesforce, Athena, etc.
