Job summary

United Future in California seeks a Healthcare Sales Specialist to drive enrollment and community outreach. You will build relationships with senior centers, facilities, churches, and referral sources to educate about services and generate quality referrals.

The role offers hybrid work, a base salary with bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and PTO. Bachelor's in marketing or health care administration preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or health care administration preferred.
• DHCS training and exam as a marketing representative within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a sales and marketing role with at least one (1) year in a healthcare or senior care setting preferred.
• Technology experience which can include Salesforce, Athena, etc.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and initiate outreach and engagement activities in communities.
• Identify opportunities to collaborate with community organizations.
• Establish and maintain relationships with community leaders and partners.

Healthcare Sales Specialist-San Jose-Sacramento-Fresno

Our client provides life-extending health care to our most vulnerable seniors. Through our innovation of care, they serve as both the health plan and the provider, allowing participants to live safely in their homes rather than moving into skilled nursing facilities.

The Healthcare Sales Specialist plays a critical role in our Marketing, Outreach, & Enrollment team. This role is the driver of enrollment success — building relationships in the community, generating quality referrals, and guiding prospective participants into the program.
