Job summary

Saint Cyr Partners is seeking a Healthcare Sales Specialist to drive enrollment by building community relationships and referrals. You will engage with senior centers, facilities, and faith-based groups to educate and enroll participants in our care programs.

The role is hybrid and offers a compensation package with base pay plus bonus, along with comprehensive benefits including health coverage and PTO. Prior sales/marketing and healthcare exposure are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or health care administration preferred.
• DHCS training and exam as a marketing representative within 30 days of hire
• Minimum of one year of experience in a sales and marketing role
• At least one year in a healthcare or senior care setting preferred.
• Technology experience which can include Salesforce, Athena, etc.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and initiate outreach and engagement activities in communities
• Identify opportunities to collaborate with community organizations
• Establish and maintain relationships with community leaders and partners
• Contact senior centers, assisted living facilities, food banks, and churches

Healthcare Sales Specialist-San Jose-Sacramento-Fresno

Our client provides life-extending health care to our most vulnerable seniors. Through our innovation of care, they serve as both the health plan and the provider, allowing participants to live safely in their homes rather than moving into skilled nursing facilities.

The Healthcare Sales Specialist plays a critical role in our Marketing, Outreach, & Enrollment team. This role is the driver of enrollment success — building relationships in the community, generating quality referrals, and guiding prospective participants into the program.
