Job summary

Saint Cyr Partners is seeking a Healthcare Sales Specialist for the San Jose-Sacramento-Fresno region. The role drives enrollment by building community relations, generating referrals, and guiding prospective participants into the program.

The position features hybrid work, a base pay of $75,000 plus bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical coverage and PTO. Experience in sales/marketing within healthcare is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or health care administration preferred.
• DHCS training and exam as a marketing representative within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a sales and marketing role with at least one year in a healthcare or senior care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

Healthcare Sales Specialist-San Jose-Sacramento-Fresno

Our client provides life-extending health care to our most vulnerable seniors. Through our innovation of care, they serve as both the health plan and the provider, allowing participants to live safely in their homes rather than moving into skilled nursing facilities.

The Healthcare Sales Specialist plays a critical role in our Marketing, Outreach, & Enrollment team. This role is the driver of enrollment success — building relationships in the community, generating quality referrals, and guiding prospective participants into the program.

On the day-to-day, you will:
