Job summary

HHAeXchange is seeking a Customer Success Manager based in Illinois to serve as the primary contact for designated clients, guiding them from implementation to live usage and driving adoption of our SaaS solutions.

You will collaborate with product and sales, manage KPIs, deliver product demonstrations, and travel 10–25% to client sites and events. Strong communication and healthcare knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of client service experience.
• Experience with healthcare/homecare SaaS platforms preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, serving as primary point of contact for day-to-day operations.
• Ensure client retention through delivery of exceptional service and support.
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Uncover business needs and understand client landscape.
• Ensure timely delivery of solutions meeting client needs and objectives.
• Collaborate with product to ensure client success and provide feedback to leadership.
• Maintain weekly client communications and status reports.
