Highmark Health is offering the Summer 2027 Enterprise Risk & Governance (ER&G) Program & Project Management Undergraduate Internship in Pittsburgh, PA. You will gain hands-on experience supporting risk management, governance, regulatory compliance, and healthcare operations across a large enterprise.

Interns work with experienced PMs to plan, coordinate, and monitor cross-functional initiatives aligned with organizational priorities.

Qualifications

• Full- or part-time enrollment in an accredited college/university baccalaureate program.

Responsabilités

• Assist in planning and coordination of projects and programs.
• Maintain project schedules and documentation.
• Conduct research and reporting with recommendations for action.
• Support governance activities and stakeholder collaboration.
• Assist in preparing executive reporting materials.
• Engage in enterprise initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
• Contribute to process improvements and organizational effectiveness.
