Job summary

RSM US LLP in Nashville seeks a Manager in Healthcare Risk Consulting to leverage your healthcare experience while strengthening your leadership skills through broad client exposure and mentorship opportunities.

You will work with clients' internal audit and compliance functions, chief risk officers, and other management to identify risks, design controls, and deliver practical solutions across clinical, financial, operational, IT, and regulatory domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years in healthcare internal audit, regulatory compliance, ERM, or related internal control roles.
• Proven ability to lead projects with milestones and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk assessments and develop internal audit or compliance plans.
• Manage client engagements including interviews and deliverables review.
• Develop narratives, flowcharts, and remediation plans.
• Present findings in formal closing meetings with clients.
• Maintain engagement economics including billing and collections.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders (C-suite).
