Job summary

Trinity Health is seeking a Risk Analyst to support non-clinical risk management in both inpatient and outpatient settings. You will help protect assets, maintain compliance, and support clinical risk work while coordinating with the Risk Manager and regional leadership.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, healthcare experience, and strong communication skills. Certification (CPHRM) is preferred and RN license is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in Healthcare required.
• Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree or higher preferred.
• Experience in Risk Management preferred.
• Certification (CPHRM) preferred but required within 3 years of employment.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license preferred

Responsibilities

• Support non-clinical risk management activities in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Collaborate with Risk Manager and Regional Director to deploy the risk management program.
• Contribute to the Ministry Risk Management plan and policy revisions.
• Support liability, risk finance, recall, and property loss processes.
• Provide educational programs on non-clinical risk management topics.
