Qualifications

• Associates degree or 5+ years of related work experience in Risk, Paralegal, Insurance, or related field.
• Proficient in Google Suite; strong analytical and communication skills.
• Knowledge of legal and medical terminology; excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Investigates risks involving actual or potential injury to patients, visitors and team members.
• Assists with review, investigation, follow up and closure of ONElink event reports.
• Prepares and provides statistical data and reports from ONElink and other systems; presents trends and outcomes to audiences.
• Refers issues to Managers, Internal Quality Improvement teams, and Peer Review Committees for follow-up to reduce recurrence.
• Maintains and updates access in the ONElink system; coordinates subpoenas and complaints.
• Investigates and analyzes claims and potential claims; retrieves medical records and evidence.
