Hackensack Meridian Health Inc. is seeking a Risk Management Analyst to investigate risk events and support enterprise risk management across multiple sites.

The RMA will review events in the ONElink system, assist with proactive risk education, and handle insurance, claims, and litigation matters under guidance of the Director, Enterprise Risk Management. The ideal candidate has an associate degree or 5+ years in risk, paralegal, or insurance, strong analytical and communication skills, and

Competenze

• Minimum of an Associate degree in Business, Insurance or related field or at least 5 years of related work experience in Risk, Paralegal, Insurance, or other related field.
• Proficient in Google Suite; strong analytical and communication skills; knowledge of legal/medical terminology; excellent organizational skills.

Mansioni

• Investigate risk management events and review events in ONElink event reporting system.
• Assist with proactive risk management educational initiatives.
• Support insurance matters, claims and litigation activities for multiple sites.
• Collaborate with internal/external counsel, medical claims TPA and insurance broker representatives.

Formazione
