Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to travel 15-20% on average depending on assigned projects.

Responsibilities

• Support risk adjustment analytics, data validation, and business analysis across healthcare datasets.
• Perform exploratory analysis across claims, enrollment, and related healthcare datasets.
• Conduct data profiling and assess data quality, completeness, and consistency.
• Develop filtering logic and segmented views to support validation and business questions.
• Analyze KPIs and performance trends related to risk adjustment and population outcomes.
• Support cohort segmentation and targeted analytical investigations.
• Identify anomalies, summarize findings, and communicate implications clearly.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support validation efforts and analytical decision-making.
• Help develop repeatable analytical approaches for ongoing reporting and issue resolution.
