Unified Women’s Healthcare, LP is hiring a Revenue Cycle Specialist in Boca Raton to resolve A/R denials, payment variances and related issues. You will communicate with internal teams and payers to streamline billing and ensure accurate reimbursements.

Requirements include at least 2 years' experience with medical claims, billing, collections and appeals; a high school diploma or equivalent; and knowledge of practice management systems and CRM tools. OB/GYN experience is a plus.

Formación

• Must understand insurance benefits, patient responsibility and EOBs.
• Experience with medical claims, billing, collections and appeals.
• Familiarity with healthcare PM systems (Athenanet preferred) and cloud CRM tools.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve Accounts Receivable and Collections, including denials.
• Review, follow up, and appeal denied claims per standards.
• Determine accuracy of insurance payments and follow up on discrepancies.
• Initiate, follow up, and respond on payer reimbursement issues.
• Communicate with practices and payers regarding denials and trends.
• Analyze and quality review work by third parties; generate reports.
