Veracyte, Inc. in California is seeking a motivated Business Process Analyst to support Reimbursement Operations through process improvement, workflow optimization, and business transformation initiatives.

You will partner with Reimbursement Operations, IT, and external vendors to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions that improve productivity, quality, reimbursement outcomes, and patient experience.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or related field.

• Analyze end-to-end revenue cycle workflows and identify opportunities to reduce manual effort, rework, and process variation.
• Document current-state and future-state business processes using process maps, swimlane diagrams, and workflow documentation.
• Conduct root-cause analysis to identify operational bottlenecks, delays, and quality issues.
• Contribute to the development of recommendations to improve efficiency, scalability, compliance, and customer experience.
• Collaborate with operational teams to standardize and optimize workflows across Reimbursement Operations.
• Gather and document business requirements for operational and technology initiatives.
• Create process flows, BRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Support prioritization of enhancement requests and process improvement opportunities.
• Perform impact assessments for proposed operational and system changes.
• Assist business stakeholders in defining success metrics and operational KPIs.
• Assist in documenting system integration requirements and operational workflows between platforms.
• Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and business users to ensure solutions meet operational needs.
• Participate in testing, validation, and user acceptance activities.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings, process workshops, and requirements gathering sessions.
• Track project deliverables, risks, issues, and action items.
• Communicate recommendations, findings, and project updates to operational leadership.
• Support organizational change management and adoption of new processes.
