Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve revenue cycle processes and system enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS, and contractual requirements.
• Identify and address challenges in revenue cycle and AR write-offs.
• Perform trend analysis on payer denials and audits.
• Collaborate with other departments for cash reconciliation and receivables validation.
• Review contracted rates and reimbursements.
• Develop reports for management on AR trends and issues.
• Work across multiple EHR systems.
