Job summary

Janus seeks a Business Analyst with 1–3 years in healthcare revenue cycle to partner with product managers and analyze complex datasets. You will drive improvements in prior authorization and claim status automation, translating data insights into actionable recommendations for providers and payers.

You will work in a role that blends analytics with process documentation, workflow mapping, and stakeholder communication, supporting a fast-paced product team in a remote or in-office setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 1–3 years' experience in healthcare revenue cycle environments.
• Experience with prior authorization and admission notification workflows.
• Knowledge of healthcare data landscape and standard EDI transactions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze prior authorization and claim status datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Conduct root cause analysis on process inefficiencies and delays.
• Research payer policies and prior auth submission requirements.
• Document and map workflows; develop user stories and functional specs.
• Collaborate with product managers to prioritize features based on data insights.
