Job summary

On-Demand Group seeks experienced Reporting Analysts to support a large-scale healthcare platform and data migration initiative. Two streams: Power BI/Operational Reporting and Tableau/Clinical Reporting, leveraging Snowflake data and collaboration with business stakeholders and data teams.

Ideal candidates have strong reporting and data analysis skills, can validate data, and investigate discrepancies as reports migrate to the future-state environment.

Qualifications

• Experience developing reports and dashboards with Power BI and Tableau.
• Experience working with data in a Snowflake environment.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into reporting solutions.
• Experience with healthcare data, claims, or clinical reporting.
• Experience supporting complex reporting and data migrations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards using Power BI and Tableau.
• Work directly with data residing in Snowflake.
• Use SQL to analyze, validate, and reconcile reporting data.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, metrics, and outcomes.
• Translate business requirements into meaningful reports and visualizations.
• Validate reporting accuracy and investigate discrepancies during data migration.
• Participate in user acceptance testing and report validation.
