Job summary

Bristol Hospital and Health Care is seeking a Coordinator of Renovations and Construction Projects to work with the Facility Manager on planning and scheduling across the Bristol Healthcare system. This hands-on role coordinates construction, renovation and facility improvements to ensure safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance while minimizing disruption to patient care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Trade school or associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, facilities maintenance, or a skilled trade.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or project leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and building systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate construction, renovation and repair projects.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors and internal trades personnel.
• Review drawings, specifications, schedules, and project documentation.
• Develop project estimates, budgets, timelines, and resource plans.
• Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
