Job summary

Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center, part of LifePoint Health, seeks a Compliance Coordinator to strengthen regulatory readiness across the system. You will lead initiatives to ensure compliance with The Joint Commission, PA DoH, insurers, and other agencies, developing continuous readiness programs and accurate scorecards.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Preferred associates degree in a related field.
• Experience with regulatory agencies and compliance programs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain readiness programs to sustain regulatory compliance.
• Respond to inquiries from regulatory and accreditation bodies.
• Conduct root‑cause analyses on standards and develop action plans.
• Monitor corrective action plans and outcomes across the facility.
• Educate leaders across departments on changes in standards.
