Healthcare Regulatory Associate
New Jersey / New York
A nationally recognized healthcare and life sciences law firm is seeking an experienced Healthcare Regulatory Associate to join its growing practice.
This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants to build a sophisticated, highly specialized practice advising healthcare providers, organizations, investors, and businesses on complex regulatory, transactional, reimbursement, compliance, and enforcement matters.
The successful candidate will work closely with experienced healthcare attorneys and have meaningful client contact, substantive responsibility, and exposure to matters involving federal and state healthcare regulations, business structuring, fraud and abuse, licensing, reimbursement, and government investigations.
This role offers the opportunity to join a law firm whose platform is specifically built around healthcare and life sciences rather than treating healthcare as a small component of a broader general practice.
The anticipated base salary range is approximately $200,000–$325,000, depending on experience, qualifications, practice depth, market considerations, and the overall strength of the candidate’s background.
Additional compensation and benefits may also be available.

Strong client-service skills and comfort communicating directly with healthcare executives, providers, compliance personnel, and business owners.
Ability to manage multiple matters and competing deadlines.
Excellent judgment, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
