Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in long-term care or related industry.
• One to two years of sales and/or marketing experience preferred.
• Demonstrated intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the referral process for the assigned market.
• Conduct clinical and financial evaluations of patient referrals.
• Generate referrals to selected facilities to support their census goals.
