Job summary

Symphony Spine, Pain and Neuro Alliance is seeking a driven Medical Sales Representative to expand our referral network and strengthen relationships with physicians, clinics, hospitals, and other referral sources.

You will promote Symphony’s services, develop strategic sales plans, and travel within the assigned territory to drive growth. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in medical sales with injury and workers’ comp experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of medical sales experience.
• 2+ years in personal injury sales.
• 2+ years in workers’ compensation sales.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel within the territory; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve referrals within the assigned territory.
• Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with physicians, clinics, hospitals, and other referral sources.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across health care providers and admin teams.
• Promote Symphony’s services and capabilities to referral partners and educate on value proposition.
• Document sales activities, leads, and opportunities in the CRM; report on trends and performance.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and administrative teams to align sales with organizational goals.
• Represent Symphony at networking and community events while ensuring regulatory compliance.
