Excelsior Care Group, a growing healthcare provider in Palm Beach, Florida, is seeking a motivated Healthcare Recruiter to join our in-office team. You will source, screen, and place qualified healthcare professionals across the East Coast, collaborating with operations to ensure staffing meets patient care standards.

You'll build strong candidate pipelines, conduct interviews, and guide hires through onboarding, while achieving recruitment goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience required.
• Healthcare recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with excellent time-management abilities.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive mindset.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required.

Responsibilities
