Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, results driven and customer oriented.
• Independent, reliable and can work under pressure.
• Headhunter experience is preferred.
• AA degree required.
• PHR preferred.
• Additional languages: Bi-lingual (English-Spanish) helpful but not required.

Responsabilités

• Handle high-volume recruiting across all hospital departments, including leadership positions.
• Attend local job fairs and build partnerships with local schools.
• Source candidates using job boards, referrals, market intelligence and networking to build a talent pipeline.
• Manage screening process using the applicant tracking system and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain and report on metrics to optimize resources and yield results.
