Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience required; healthcare recruitment experience preferred.
• Experience recruiting for corrections or agency recruitment a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies to source candidates.
• Conduct telephone and in-person interviews, verify credentials, and perform background checks.
• Manage applicant tracking system and track recruitment costs and success.
• Coordinate and attend recruiting events, including job fairs and company recruitment presentations.
• Assist with onboarding of new hires, create offer letters, and ensure necessary paperwork is completed.
