Visiting Nurse Association of Florida (VNA) - Downtown Tampa is seeking a recruiter to support nurse staffing for home health services. You will generate up-to-date job postings, develop and execute sourcing strategies, review resumes, and coordinate with Administrators to meet staffing goals for each office.

This full-time role offers flexible scheduling, local patient assignments, competitive pay, and access to CEUs and professional development. Nurse recruiting experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1-3 years of recruiting/sourcing experience in the healthcare field.
• Experience in sourcing in resume databases and job boards.

Responsabilités

• Generate up-to-date job postings for internal and external posting boards.
• Develop and execute recruitment sourcing strategy to ensure a constant flow of high-quality leads.
• Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
• Coordinate with area Administrators for recruitment actions to meet staffing goals for each office.
• Provide support to Administrators for interviewing, job fairs, open houses, and recruiting events.
• Cold calling off resumes, review resumes and screen candidates.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to hiring.
• Must have Nurse Recruiting Experience.
