Qualifications

• Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving goals.
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Computer literate and able to quickly learn new systems and tools.
• Able to commute to Sarasota, FL 34240 and work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monday – Thursday, 8:30 AM – 4:40 PM, and Friday, 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM.
• Work on-site in our Sarasota, FL Office in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing healthcare professionals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet client needs.
• Utilize CRM/ATS systems to manage candidate pipelines and client interactions.
• Ensure a seamless, professional recruitment process for clients and candidates.

The IPG Team is hiring a Healthcare Recruiter for our Sarasota, FL office — $80,000 to $100,000 in expected Year 1 compensation, plus 50% commission and a real path to leadership. The Position

We're seeking a motivated, full-cycle Healthcare Recruiter to source, screen, interview, and place healthcare professionals with our clients.
