Universal Health Services is seeking a Healthcare Recruiter to lead talent acquisition across our Hartgrove Behavioral Health System and Garfield Park Behavioral Hospital in Chicago. Hartgrove Behavioral Health System consists of a 160-bed acute care expanding to 208 beds, crisis stabilization, for-profit psychiatric hospital, treating children as young as 3 through older adults, within 8 different inpatient programs. We have one of the largest pediatric psychiatric programs in the state of Illinois and are most proud to be the first and currently only hospital in the country to have received the Joint Commission’s Disease Specific Certification designations for Neuropsychiatry and Trauma Services. We also received our second award as a Top Performer on Key Quality Measures from The Joint Commission.
Garfield Park Behavioral Hospital consists of 88-beds and is dedicated to providing behavioral health and psychiatric support to children and teens ages 3 to 17. Above all else, we treat every patient with compassion and respect. Using evidence-based treatment approaches and individualized care, we strive to instill hope in our patients, their families and our community.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Organizational Leadership, Business, or related field required.
Experience: 1- 3 years of recruiting experience required; Prior healthcare human resources and/or clinical recruiting experience strongly preferred.
