Job summary

Piedmont Healthcare Corporate is seeking a strategic real estate leader to coordinate leasing and property management for our healthcare portfolio. You will advise executives on real estate strategies and drive operating excellence across the portfolio.

Ideal candidates have 7 years in real estate with healthcare experience, including senior portfolio management, and hold a Bachelor's degree with a preferred Master’s.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• 7 years of experience in real estate, including three years at the senior portfolio management level.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate leasing (as tenant and landlord) and property management activities for Piedmont Healthcare and related entities.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the overall coordination of leasing (as tenant and as landlord) and certain property management activities as assigned for Piedmont Healthcare and related entities. This person will serve as an advisor to management on real estate matters and work with executives to develop and implement real estate strategies consistent with business requirements and operational needs.

Work Experience

• 7 years of experience in real estate, to include three (3) years of experience at the senior portfolio management level Required
