Job summary

Anchor Health Properties is seeking a Development Director to lead the development of new medical facility real estate projects. You will assemble project teams, manage feasibility studies, budgeting, and schedules from concept to occupancy, and ensure value‑driven outcomes for clients.

The role opens to candidates in Anchor’s Franklin, TN; Charlottesville, VA; or Atlanta, GA offices, with a base salary range of $120,000 to $140,000 and a discretionary bonus depending on experience and location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, engineering, or construction management preferred.
• 3–7 years of real estate or construction development experience.
• Experience leading multiple, complex developments.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and manage complete project development teams and vendors.
• Conduct feasibility studies, budgeting, scheduling, and financial analysis.
• Manage project budgets and schedules and keep stakeholders informed.
• Coordinate design and development of new real estate projects toward post move‑in operations.
• Provide expert guidance on real estate development to clients.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues during project execution.
• Assist with development agreements, leases, and related documents.
