Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or professional degree in healthcare or related field.
• Minimum three (3) years QA/QC in healthcare or regulated industry.
• Five (5) years QA/QC experience preferred in healthcare.
• Certifications: ASQ Six Sigma or related credentials.

Responsibilities

• Serve as System Administrator for the organization’s electronic QMS.
• Coordinate complaints, errors, deviations, investigations, and CAPA actions.
• Maintain policy/procedure documentation and engineering change processes.
• Manage Supplier Corrective Action processes and supplier communications.
• Prepare qualitative and quantitative QMS reports for leadership.
