In this role, you will oversee the administration team, manage requests, and ensure compliance with quality standards. Candidates should have 5-7 years in the healthcare industry, experience in external audits, and relevant certifications. Strong analytical and leadership skills are essential. This position is based in the United States, with occasional travel required.

Formación

• Minimum of 5-7 years experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Experience in hosting external audits and managing multiple projects.
• Industry certification in Quality or Clinical Research is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Quality Systems administration team.
• Manage queue of requests from eQMS userbase through ServiceNow.
• Host and coordinate external audits by sponsors/clients.
