Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Experience in hosting external audits and managing multiple projects.
• Industry certification in Quality or Clinical Research is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Quality Systems administration team.
• Manage queue of requests from eQMS userbase through ServiceNow.
• Host and coordinate external audits by sponsors/clients.
